Panera's quality is always perfect. I like the sandwich selection, the soups are my favorite and the fact that they offer two types of oatmeal.

Lately, the staff has become very unprofessional. For example, last Saturday, my husband had oatmeal. It came out cold, so he asked them to reheat it. First, the staff appeared unable or unwilling to understand the request. We used to really like this place for a soup and sandwich. The Quality and quantity of food has really dropped. Our sandwiches were horrible and the tomatoes were green and overall 1/2 the size they were just a year ago. It is in the Woburn Mall, which has horrible parking. We really were disappointed in the decline. Great tuna sandwich after stopping at the TJ Maxx and Home Goods store while traveling home after seeing Adele in Boston. Nice service and a great sandwich.Enough staff make lines short. Love their coffee-sometimes frequent flyers can obtain 'extra' treats. they cut the wifi off after 30 minutes on peak times--this is the only one i have ever been which did this--doesnt stop anything as can hook up to att next store The sandwiches are really good and the staff at this location does their job.
